This trailer is an Exiss Extreme SX. It has a 6' short wall with microwave, 3-way fridge, 2-burner stove, sink, dinette that folds to a bed, A/C unit new last year, furnace ducts, hot water heater, shower/toilet, lots of cabinet space. There is a walk thru door to horse area. Horse area has lined and insulated walls, escape door, butt bars at rear door and escape door, drop down windows in front and sliding windows in rear and on back doors. It also has a two-way vent above each stall, rubber mat on floor, collapsable tack, inside lights. Exterior includes 2 LP tanks, two batteries, manual jack, two new 10 ply tires, other two tires new last year, bearings packed last summer, 16' awning, fresh,gray and black water tanks. It is 7' wide and 7' tall with 20' of floorspace. This trailer is stored inside during the winter, hasn't been used much, easy to pull, kept very clean, has been well maintained and is ready to go!
