-good spare tire
-frame is in great condition
-pulls strait and smooth
-wired for 110v electricity and air conditioner
-large insulated living quarters with roof vent
-12 foot awning on driver side for extra shade
-Solid wood footlocker/step to the nose
-walk through door into the horse compartment with rubber coating on the floor
-1/4 inch black plastic lined horse compartment
-escape door rear removable tack and sliding plexiglass
-all lighting works great
-the paint is in great shape with only a few small scrapes here and there
Dementions:
-tack room; short wall 8' long wall 12' 6'6" wide with 27" doors
-horse compartment; short wall 11'8" long wall 15'8" 6'6" wide with a 37" loading door
-rear tack; about 3' wide and 4' long in a triangle shape 27" door
