The living quarters (by Prestige) are in perfect condition: floor, awning, fridge, microwave, sink, stove top, shower, seperate toilet & sink, sterio, hot water heater, a/c, furnace, closet, rear tack (saddle rack and blanket rack), exterior speakers & lights, pull-out couch, collapsable table, new laminate floor.
2 propane bottles & 2 batteries
Drop down windows on both sides with screens and a vent for each horse. Floor matts and bumpers in perfect condition. Rear collapsable tack with blanket rack.
2) Hi-ties - 1 on each side. Electric jack & hay rack.
