It has smooth aluminum sides and fenders over a steel frame, 2 propane tanks, 2 batteries, electric jack, 16" eight ply tires w/ 90%+ tread, new spare tire, 4-wheel electric brakes, full length running boards,breakaway kit, 6000 lb. tortion axles, rear rubber bumper, 7-way RV connector and nice awning. Rear has two solid 50/50 doors leading to horse area w/ rubber floor mats, drop down feed doors, sliding windows, drop down protective doors, lights in each stall, pop-up vents over each stall, front stall has padded divider and escape door, locking door that goes to living quarters, double wall construction w/ 6-inch air space on rear wall for insulation and to the rear collapsible tack w/ swing-out 3-saddle rack and plenty of large hooks. Has 12 and 110 volt recepticles. The like new fully insulated living quarters has 5 cu. ft. refrigerator [gas and electric] w/ freezer, microwave, stainless steel sink, 2-burner[one large and one smaller] stove top, shower/fixed toilet area w/ vent and fan and racks for your toiletries and towels, small bench dinette w/ brand new removeable table, queen/king sleeping area w/ large closet and two windows w/ day/night shades--kitchen window also has day/night shades and all windows have nice wood valances. We just had a custom oak ladder made to more easily get into and out of sleeping area that folds in the middle and fits into wardrobe and a custom made cabinet w/ 3 large drawers and 6 shelves w/ a formica top--we use it for coffee pot, toaster, crock pot etc. and as a vanity as it has a large mirror over it. Has a wardrobe w/ TV area on top, TV antennae w/ amp., AM/FM stereo/cd player w/ indoor and outdoor speakers. Has brand new water pump, 6 gal. water heater, 35 gal. water tank, 25 gal. black water tank, 25 gal. gray water tank. Has air conditioner, gas furnace, fire extinguisher and locking entry door w/ separate screen door. Must see to appreciate!!! More pictures available upon request. Serious buyers only please.
