Elite 3 Horse Living Quarters Trailer. This trailer has only been overnighted in a couple of times and seldom used to haul horses, it is in extemely good condition. The box on the trailer is 24 feet long, the gooseneck is 8 feet long giving the trailer a total overall length of 32 feet long. It is 6 feet 8 inches wide and it 7 feet tall. The short wall in the LQ is 9 feet long. It is all aluminum construction.
Features: 1-15 foot long awning, 4-16 inch Uniroyal tires ( showing no wear ) and a brand new spare with cover, 30 Gallon Fresh water tank, grey and black water storage, microwave, 22 inch flat screen digital TV, DVD player, AM/FM/CD player with inside and outside speakers, 3.0 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer, propane water heater, 2 burner propane stove, couch folds out into a bed, forced air heater, A/C unit, shower with sliding glass doors, porceline stool, bathroom exhaust vent and fan. The cabinets and trim in the LQ section are Oak, the walls are wood paneling and soft touch vinyl (ceiling is also soft touch vinyl), this conversion is an upgraded higher quality version than would normally come in this trailer. The conversion was done by Compass Conversions. Walk thru door from Bathroom to horse area. The horse area has the better quality drop down windows on head and hip, the dividers are padded, the tack box is collapsable (just in case you want to haul a 4-wheeler instead of horses), the tack box has a 3 saddle removable saddle/blanket rack in it. Hay rack on top with ladder. This entire trailer is in like new condition, it is light, I pulled it with a Ford F-250 6.0 diesel with ease.
