Has sink, hot water on demand, Seating area that folds down to make a bed that is almost a twin just a tad shorter, 30 gallon fresh water tank under seating, "no" grey or black tanks, portable potty that is stored in manger, walk-thru to horse area, TV/VCR combo with antenna, microwave, big hanging closet, 12volt and 110 lights in LQ, Roof A/C with heat strip, Cowboy shower is in horse area front stall and shower pan stores in mangers, loading lights, three saddle racks in completely enclosed back tack room, 3 Mangers with one big door and one smaller, two tires good, two tires almost new, 6'8" wide and 7' tall, drop down with bars on head side, bus windows on curb side, bus window on back door, I have also installed two brackets on curb side where I haul 5 Priefert panels, 10' long, so I have pens while camping, Only reason we are selling is because we just bought a bigger LQ, and we also sold our travel trailer. This is an awesome trailer and pulls great. Will accept reasonable offers. Thanks
