The horse area has drop down windows with bars on the head side, sliding windows on the tail side, insulated rood, roof vents over each stall, rubber floor mats, padded dividers, front stud stall,mangers and lighted interior, and walk through door for living quarters. Hay rack on roof, rear tack, loading lights, rear ramp, and generator with inside on/off switch. Also has a rear loading ramp which is very convenient. The living quarters has refrigerator, microwave oven, two burner cook top with vent hood, and double kitchen sink. There is several cabinets and a lot of storage. It also has a removable dinette, sofa sleeper, double bed in nose of gooseneck, TV. AM/FM with CD player with inside/outside speakers. The bathroom has shower, commode, sink, roof vent as well as nice closet space. Has AC and gas furnace, and a gas water heater.
