Heavy 8,000# axles with electric over hydrolic brakes, 4,000 watt roof mount generator with compartment, gas tank in manger and start and fuel gauge in living area, 3/4 escape door with camper entry latch, horse area has insulated roof with alum. skin, 8' enclosed hay pod (holds 10 bales) remote dumps on sewer tanks,2-30' gallon fresh water tanks, 10 gallon electric and gas hot water heater, electric awning with alum. cover and automatic roll up in windy conditions, stereo, DVD, surround sound with outside tv hookups, camper latch on rear door for inside to outside access, 8'hydraulic slide, hydraulic jacks with seperate leg operation, 3 outside loading lights, 3 way switch for rear lights, keyless entry, drop nose, led lights, stud wall in rear, fantastic fan in rr, interior is hand made solid wood knotty alder, electric fire place with remote, gas cooktop with oven, microwave, large fridge, bar with two engraved stools, flat screen in living area with another flat screen in bunk,ducted heat and air with large air unit, two bay kitchen sink, all plumbing fixtures are residential (not plastic camper style) kitchen booth makes into bed, exhaust fan above stove, glass sided wine rack above bar, flooring is residential laminate set on angle, corner shower, black porclin toilet, copper bathroom sink with medicine cabinet, pocket door in to rr, walk thru door into horse area
