Foxy is a solid Open & Rodeo Mare. She was purchased as a 2 yr old and has been on our team since. She is fancy fancy broke. One of the prettiest gray’s we have seen. She gets compliments every show she is attends. She has just enough cow breeding to hunt the barrels, and the speed to win. Foxy has been roped off of as well. She handles the different ground changes with ease and is user friendly. She is very very easy to ride. Just find your pocket and ride, a few feet off barrel go to your horn and let her work. No tricks, to outside rein – She is a push style horse and will go whatever speed you ask. Foxy is gaining her confidence and we are certain she will be a solid Rodeo contender. She is a drag her butt style of horse. She has been trained on poles as well. She is not goofy, good in the alley, can ride her bareback with a halter, or go work cattle on her and drag calves to the fire. She warms up like a pleasure horse and is smooth like a Cadillac to ride. She stays really quiet until its time to go to work. She will walk in any arena perfect, but when she hears her name, she is going to go do her job, then walk out like the lady she is. Foxy is up to date on everything and is kept on a great nutritional program, platinum supplments. Foxy is kept legged up on our Preifert electronic walker several times a week, she is ridden by our trainer once a week just to keep her perfect. She can be turned out with other mares. She doesn’t act marish. She also trailers great and just an all round great horse. We are only selling her because the owner was hurt in a bad accident this year and she won’t be running as many horses at shows in the future. This mare is the real deal and has been kept up for longevity. She hasn’t even come close to reaching her peak performance.
