THR Hopeful Perks was bred and raised by the Two Hats Ranch in Tillamook, OR. I bought Hope in 08 summer with her in foal to Frenchmans Fabulous for an 09 colt. She had a beautiful palomino filly who is to die for!! My plans changed with this nice mare, I was going to get her seasoned and derby her in 2010, but I have some bills that really need to be paid off.
Hope is a big black (not true black, reg. brown) beautiful mare. She has a huge hip on her and is all legs! Her head looks just like hers sires!! She is broke, broke!! She is patterned. Needs to be hauled. Hopes dam is an own daughter of Streakin Six out of a Dash For Cash daughter. This mare is incredibly well bred. Either put her in your broodmare band or get her seasoned. The possibilities are endless with her.
Hope has only one bad habit, she has been known to pick up a leg at people. If you run your hand down her side and her hip to pick her leg up she has been known to give you a warning... if you just go straight for her leg & pick it up then no big deal. I don't know what her deal is, I bought her like this. As far as I know she is 100% sound.
