'Vegas' is a unique 13 year old sorrel gelding. He would make a wonderful horse for an All Around girl wanting to have one horse to do it all! He excels in the barrel racing and heeling, and has been started on in the breakaway. I competed on him at college rodeos, but am now currently in nursing school and a recent newlywed so I don't have the time to ride him. I took him to Cody, WY and rodeo’d on him for a couple weeks in August 2012 and won some money. He needs to be sold to a good home!
Vegas has a lot of run in the barrels. He runs to the left first and he has a lot of turn, you need to push him past. The next two he is so automatic, just sit and turn his nose in and he’ll turn! In the roping events, he is a powerhouse leaving the box. My husband heeled on him and loved him.
He’s an easy keeper, and current on all vaccinations and shoeing. This horse is FUN! He will swim, go on trails, anything you ask of him. No issues with colic, hooves, hocks, or any other health problems. If you email or call me, I would be more than happy to send videos, pictures, or answer any questions.
