Fort Gibson Roundup Club Presents

The 2nd Annual Battle of the Fort:

$1000 added Open 5D Barrel Race (1/2 Splits)




We will payout $1000 plus 80% in entry fees regardless of how many entries. 

This is a guaranteed $1000.



Exhibitions: 9am to 11:45am

$4.00 each or 3 for $10



Race starts at 12:00pm

Pee-Wee (8 years and under) $15 entry with 100% payback

Youth (9-13) $20 with 80% payback  (may rollover to Open, must notify before race starts)

Open $35 Entry includes $5 office fee. 80% payback

We will accept entries until the last horse runs.

We will be paying out in Cash.

Please pay entry fees on day of race in Cash.



New Dirt in the Arena, Great footing, and excellent traction. 



Accepting Vendors for the Day.  If you have jewelry, tack or clothing to sell, please contact me and we will make arrangements for a booth.



Directions:  From the Muskogee Turnpike- take Hwy 62 East toward Tahlequah go 7.6 miles, turn left on Rodeo Dr.  There is a big Yellow sign by the highway.



If you are planning to attend the Sooner Barrel Race in Muskogee on this day as well, please let me know when you pre-enter. Also, please pre-enter as soon as possible.  I am working with the Sooners so that we are able to accomidate everyone.  We also will have minimum accomidations available for contestants that will be driving long distances and plan to attend the jackpot in Checotah the following day.
